1) Role & Non-Affiliation

The Kris token team and its individual contributors ("KRIS") provided limited, fee-for-service development work (e.g., code contributions, deployments, or audits) for the Project. KRIS is not the Project's founder, owner, operator, controller, or promoter, and is not part of the Project team or governance.

2) No Ongoing Obligations

KRIS has no continuing duty to maintain, upgrade, support, market, or moderate the Project, its smart contracts, frontend(s), servers, or community. Any future changes, operations, or decisions are solely the responsibility of the Project team/DAO.

3) No Endorsement or Warranty

KRIS does not endorse the Project, its roadmap, token, NFTs, or economic model. All code and deliverables were provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties (express or implied), including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, reliability, uptime, or error-free performance.

4) Smart-Contract & Operational Risks

Use of the Project involves inherent risks, including contract bugs, admin-key misuse, oracle/manipulation risk, MEV, liquidity failures, volatile pricing, permanent loss of funds, and regulatory changes. You assume all risk. Always verify contract addresses and review code before interacting.

5) No Investment Advice / No Securities Offering

Nothing herein is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The Project and any associated tokens/NFTs are not offered or sold by KRIS. KRIS has not conducted and does not undertake any securities, financial promotions, or consumer-investment activities related to the Project.

6) No Custody; You Control Your Wallet

KRIS does not and will not take custody of user funds or private keys. You are exclusively responsible for your wallet security, transaction approvals, and tax reporting.

7) Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Project, its code, frontends, tokens/NFTs, or any third-party services.

8) Independent Status & Branding

"Kris token," its marks, and related branding are independent from the Project's brand(s). Any reference to KRIS relates only to past development services and not to ownership, control, partnership, or joint venture.

9) Governance & Communications

All official decisions, communications, and disclosures about the Project are made only by the Project team/DAO through their official channels. KRIS communications do not represent Project statements.

10) Governing Law / Venue

Without limiting consumer law protections where applicable, this notice is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes (if any) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
